Better understanding. Stronger partnerships.
More opportunity.
Genanta is an independent, research-led organisation exploring how young people, families, schools and organisations experience enrichment and opportunity beyond the classroom.
Life is long. Try what interests you.
Genanta began with a belief that young people deserve the space to explore, discover and develop what lights them up. Our first step is listening carefully before deciding what to build.
A fuller view of what opportunity can mean for a young person.
Fun, culture, friendship and real-world experiences.
Skills, curiosity, talent and new possibilities.
Wellbeing, identity, relationships and trusted navigation.
Exploring how opportunity can reach more young people.
Understanding starts with listeningGenanta is conducting early-stage discovery research with schools, parents, enrichment providers and organisations in Ghana. We want to understand current experiences, barriers, decision-making and the conditions that could make future partnerships genuinely useful.
Our research is exploratory. We are not yet offering an established programme or publishing validated findings.
Participate in the researchMeaningful understanding begins with the people closest to the experience.

Potential future pathways could help young people try new fields, develop deeper interests and pursue opportunities when something clicks.
Whether you’re a school leader, parent, provider or potential corporate partner, we’d welcome a conversation about the research.
